Has anyone heard of this company?

I have made it from my long term process to short/mid terms and I have found myself in a predicament as I am investing from out of state (Atlanta GA) and have purchased a str that I will be staying in 1 week a month (Liberty MO north of Kansas City MO).Predicament All property management companies I have done my research on have horrible reviews, as most of them do, and with STR it’s not exactly passive but more hands on in my experience with investing in ATL.Does anybody out there have a recommendation for PM companies I can work with that are not from the horror story days that I have heard all the way back from when Josh Dorkin was hosting?

I use a management company so didn't advertise to any of my STR guests that I was the owner.

We want to make sure the documentation is done in complaince with Texas Mortgage finance laws. 

As for the quality, it depends on company. 

If she was actually residing in FL longer than PA for each of the last 6 years she's actually been breaking the law in Pennsylvania by still claiming to be a resident there (why would she do this, since FL tax and homeowner protection laws are better in FL?).

I am looking to have a fan installed in the bathroom of one of my units however there is no switch in the bathroom so I would also need that done, I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for contractors.
