Having A/C makes the home more rentable but it doesn't bring in enough extra rent to justify the expense.Split A/C may be a great alternative but I would recommend focusing on proper insulation, good doors and windows, and then letting the tenants use their own window units.

The cost of $300 sounds pretty normal but I can't see how he justifies tearing your home apart without identifying a dangerous mold or the source of that mold.

Try reevaluating why someone would pay more for your place, and really advertise those features to justify you asking a bit more, and find a way to get your pricing to a more competitive level.

What the wholesaler makes on a deal doesn't change what it's worth to me.To me it is starting to sound like the point of this post is to sell wholesaling and justify large wholesale profits....Using your example - if a wholesaler purchased a property for $100k and sold it to me for $500k I would first wonder what the major problems are that I didn't see!!

With over $180k in student loan debt, I have a hard time justifying another $40k in "student loans" on my credit cards but I want to learn and get moving FAST in this business.I would appreciate all truthful, experienced comments and not "I think....".Thank you!
