Buyers loses their job, or the property doesn't appraise, the buyer wants too many repairs, the loan doesn't come through.

I've flirted with the idea of quitting my day job to dive into real estate, but I haven't been able to take the plunge.I live in Washington near Bellevue.

Even if they have a full time job they may be willing/interested in going the extra mile if you offer a fee for each mobile home they find/fix/get ready/rent, etc.  

I recently quit my job to help my dad with his business and I’m going full time with real estate investment.

However, there was 2 hours of "Snap-Flip" sales job before he spoke.As others have said, it's their new name for wholesaling or bird-dogging. 

We both have full time jobs and a 9 month old baby, that we would love to spend more time with in the future by supplementing our incomes.  

I have been using both of the above for various things the last few years during my day job and plan to use one for my personal business as well.You do not need to be "an agent" to use a service like this... even my doctors office uses docusign for new patient signup.
