I'm recording a flip and  using WIP method , so I want to input everything using items.

Here are the details. 6 singlewides and 3 doublewides and 1 vacant spot on approximately 1.5 acres.

I currently have my funds ready (hardmoney).My goal for the first flip is to simply find a property that only needs upgrades in the kitchen, bathroom, paint job, flooring and any other" small" items that will add value.

I have a couple of items to fix that came up on inspection.Best, -JD

On further looking into the details, I found out that he has also not paid any association fees since last few months and now this months water bill is due as well.What should I do at this time to take control this situation to get worse and reduce my loss ?
