Most other analysts gather data and go through a longer learning curve vetting what's generic in a market and what's specific to the asset being evaluated.

After attending a real estate conference and listening to some economists and data scientists, it seems that there are more transactions in multifamily real estate than ever before.

You always have very reliable and helpful data. 

The infection rate of children (based on known infected) is 2.1% as of March 17th (the newest data I could get).

You can also use sites like Melissa Data for finding home owners. 

@Anson Young I appreciate the response, I've actually noticed that in the location I'm building our home the salesman has said the premium lot I purchased has already gone up in value because of that however I don't know where he could get the justification and they never put it in writing or however it works.
