That's why I am here communicating with other fellow investors to broaden my knowledge so that I won't depend soley on the information from the program I purchased.....see....I would never trust only one source; it's just not my style.I appreciate your comment!

This certainly appears to be an extensive site, with great information.Having held a real estate license and actually worked with a real estate firm some years ago, I do have some knowledge about investing in real estate, but it’s been many years since I’ve actually participated in that field.Let me try to be as brief as possible.

I would not markup a service or product that's already at market rate.Agree with the second paragraph, and it should be detailed as to what is and is not included, but really, management includes any and all aspects required to promote, maintain and maximize the profit for your client/principal in your agency relationship.The first paragraph is clearly not acting in the best interest of your client/principal or employer, the reason an owner hires a manager includes their knowledge, expertise and ability to maximize profits for the owner.

Don't discount the great knowledge of others from all over that will be able to help you too.Read the articles on the main blog, listen to the BP Podcasts and be active on the forums and you will get a great education in any aspect of real estate you are interested in.Good to see you already are hitting some of the local REIAs.

I have been reading the blog, forums, listening to the pod casts and basically taking in all the knowledge on the site I can for the last few months so I wanted to say hello from Pittsburgh.I have been investing in Real Estate for a while now and this is one of the best sources of knowledge I have ever stumbled across.Thanks Josh and Brandon for all the info!!!!
