you shouldn't even be using word and excel. office in general slows down the computer. i use office libre or open office.takes a little used to since it's a different look, but for moderate use, it's amazing.i like 10. i had printer driver issue, but the internet helped me solve the problem.

Unfortunately, the internet does not state the outcome of the case.I understand that there are horror stories of poor tenants that destroy the property and properties that require a significant amount of maintenance expenses.

Of course, I supposed I could just browse the phone but or Internet, but I'd much rather go with an attorney someone knows and has fond to be a valuable asset to their business.What I'm trying to do is create a Master Purchase and Sell Agreement that I can use again and again as I make more and more offers.An attorney who does closings and/or is connected to a Title Company would be the ideal one.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

In fact, it would be good for all reading to know who told you that incorrect information as to help prevent others from taking bad and incorrect advice from this person or this meeting you referenced.Good wholesalers are typically finding off market deals through a number of resources (direct marketing, driving for dollars, referrals, word of mouth, internet presence, signs, ads, etc) and when dealing direct with a motivated seller, their contracts stipulate that the contract may be assigned.
