Unless it was a job only I knew of...They sound like motivated people and unfortunately their best bet may be unemployment Insurance for now.You are doing them a tremendous service by working with them- do not frustrate yourself trying to find jobs that don't exist right now.

I will take that into great consideration along with understanding that realtors have a financial motive to get a client into a house, that said I don’t plan on allowing this pandemic to postpone beginning my investing career.

I find that those who actually inquire are generally motivated and/or qualified.A virtual tour on your listing will help people make a decision sooner without the concern of going to a showing.

We have a higher end flip sitting for sale right now and I’m wondering if we will have more buyers because people are motivated by rate cuts or if we will have zero buyers because people have the fear of losing their jobs right now.

Many will choose real estate as a safe haven.3) The liquidity crisis is forcing the sale of gold (and bitcoin) which are both going down, so for many loosing a ton of money in stocks does not really motivate one to go out and buy another asset we all watched crater 10 years ago.4) The role of institutional money in residential r.e. is probably not well accounted for, so is black rock going to need to liquidate a couple thousand houses in your state?
