With this I will have an additional 8 units bringing in $20k+ in after expenses revenue. same response in every bp forum, copy paste. real?

I'm looking at a remote market in GA, while i'm in CA. 

There is nothing in it for them.You should be going to real estate investing meetups as much as possible and networking with other investors.

I'm just curious should I furnish the place or just keep it empty and people can move their own stuff in and just drop the minimum lease duration to 3 months?   

In my state that would be 30 days, I believe.

Is some one here in similar situation?
