Hi Samone,Independent Property Investors is the property management company our landlord uses for the property we lease and they’ve been attentive and professional.  

but these costs are just out of the stratosphere and what to mitigate a Salamander.. its not like we are paying for schools  Police  fire hospital or some other offset.No wonder there is no affordable new construction in many parts of the country.. 

The town does have a hospital, high school, grocery stores and post office.

@Anand Narayanan Here is some of what I recommend on another post I started similarly shout educating urself in notes.I hunted down experienced professionals whose business solely is investing in notes and read the books they recommended.

We were both mid career professionals with good incomes.

The city's appeal is the continuous flood of new restaurants opening, the music scene, a festival or 5 every weekend, easy access to beautiful city parks and walking trails and paths, an easy airport to connect quickly, and that ole southern hospitality. 

Hello real estate professionals, do you guys have a rule of thumb for closing costs?

Best use case for a “furnished” rental for our market is a 28-38 non-parent professional who travels a lot and needs it set up for the 10 days a month they are actually home.

Frankly, if you cannot get a referral to a local realtor from a friend, family member, a teacher, or other local professionals you may know, any realtor will do initially, to help you get started. 

Close to hospitals and commerce I assume.
