All you have to do is pay $39k... and yes, they'll help get you the credit card power to pay for it.Aside from all of this, we were falsely instructed that Florida, where I reside, is a Super Lien state, where HOA Foreclosures trump First Mortgages as well all inferior liens to the first. 

I mostly find it, or parts of it, hidden inside walls when doing plumbing repairs. 

I once had a couple buying a house that brought their entire extended family to look at houses with them and I couldn't get the house open due to incorrect access instructions. 

@Dan Handford did you train/instruct the VA or did they already know the process?

There are NO ANNUAL FEES and NO HIDDEN COSTS.

A lot of people dislike it but it is truly a hidden gem.

The thing with banks, as I'm sure you know, is the hidden fees, terms, and lack of control you have. 

There are some hidden gems within Browntown and the Claymont area by the train station.Last note: The city "recently" increased the funding of their land bank this past FY by $1,000,000 and hired a consultant.
