I was looking at going the self-managing route due to me having a little more experience and mainly finding a great handy-man and GC in the area to help me if repairs were to come up from the tenant.

Lately I have been focused on building my client list and working with active buyers in the market.So far I have found some success via rei meetups and meeting with great people in the market.As for leads at the moment I'm currently sourcing leads via d4d and word of mouth.

I learned that there is a company in Austin TX named Homemade that performs this service but there is no information on what they charge and what their ageement looks like.

Finding a great contractor and sticking to a schedule, to get it done quickly.

In addition to the main question in the title of this post, my other question is this: What other information (besides the obvious ARV) do I need before I start looking for someone that would JV a deal with me?
