While in Austin I was going to get my RE sales license and focus on leases/apartment locating, but now that I am back in New Orleans I have noticed that the leasing works totally different here,  hence puts my plan out of commission.

Your plan seems far more detailed than mine and I wanted to ask you if you have any specific location you want to invest in (like greater Manchester or Birmingham) and reasons why ylu choIse thIs area, and if you have any advice on which tenants to live amongst.Thanks for your time, Henry

It's located in an industrial park and business is ok.  

We recommend Missouri for LLC entities that do not have geographic nexus as MO is faster, less expensive, and easier to maintain than AZ, NM & WY.  

The property is located in Lake Forest Park, WA.

I'll second what everyone is saying about STR and locations.

The farm is located in an area that has seen medium size planned neighborhood development activity within the last 5 years.

A great location. ~1600sq ft. has city water but also septic, as this was very rural until city grew up around this street.
