Hello everyone,I am curious about paying a private money lender back on a larger buy and hold purchase.

Personally, I use RentRedi, but in the past have used Yardi, OneSite, and Entrata.Employees: as I have managed teams, hired, and fired, what has helped me best is to remember to hold them accountable.

The reason for this is to prevent people from getting a good deal, immediately refinancing, pulling all of their cash out, and having no "skin in the game".

Essentially, I'm trying to figure out "how to do the work" of the REI game.
