So that first 12.5 basis points is gone no matter what in your situation.Meaning that you'd really be paying 12.5 basis points (25 minus the 12.5 that you've lost no matter what = 12.5) for 0.25% to rate, and a fresh 30 day lock.Of course if you let the lock expire and then rates go up the next day, you will be kicking yourself.

They are very wealthy financially but lack in other key areas of their lives.I would rather have 50 million 30 years from now in my 70's and have a balanced and fulfilled  life in all phases then look back and say I have 100 million now but I overworked myself all of those years.So I have a plan and year over year want to reach higher goals but sometimes I say no to things to spend time with my  family, exercise, and just get out into the fresh air and feel one with nature again.Balance is the key.
