Some options also use a local trust with a foreign LLC.In your situation look into foreign register your LLC in that state.

Basically they/I am the bank.They do say that is can take 1 day to 12 months to get a return on investment.They only do investing in Texas as apparently that is the best state to invest due to low taxes etcMy thing is I'm new so still researching, don't know much about the US property investment, do know that for a foreign investor its sometimes better to go through companies like this as they are there on the ground so to speak and it is very easy to be taken for a ride if you don't who your dealing with
