I'm looking to fly over there after I have 3 properties (hopefully 3 months away) and see my properties providing a good initial ROI as well as proof of concept. 

Can you make new numbers on the fly?

I'd let them know what I'm doing and what I expect in return, and if it doesn't fly then I'd find someone else who appreciates building a great 2-way relationship

He closed off all the holes and ways in for them except one, that one he took a stiff fiberglass netting and created a downward tunnel from the hole, this allows bats still inside to fly to the hole then fall down the tunnel and out, others could not re enter.
