Today an opportunity came up that was very unexpected.

look @Melissa Mendoza  you saw a distress building and trying to see if there is an opportunity there.Considering the returns you are talking about, the size and cost of the project And the fact that you have no experience in structural/ restoration projects I think you need to fined another deal. 

Attendance is free and there is a tremendous opportunity  for networking.

This would allow you to get into a much more interesting opportunity like a small apartment building.

Also if you’re open to driving a ways outside the metro, or buy and hold in urban pockets that are still up and coming with a 5 year play of waiting to cash out if ever, I think there’s a lot of opportunity still to be had. 

This place is very good for fix and flip opportunities.

However, there are so many Guru books that harp on the Small Monthly Cash Flow I think the general population stays away from the Golden Opportunities which are the high Appreciating Investment Properties.

My husband are new to the game and have an opportunity to buy a neighbors house at a low cost.
