We do not have pictures because the demo contractor was removing the tree at the dead of night in the storm.How do I fight this?

Currently in the Twin Falls area and I'm looking for a good Bluetooth capable recording software as I drive it front and loader all day at my job recycling cardboard and twine so I'm terrible at taking notes and if I'm on a call with somebody to talk about real estate I can't always stop and write that information down but I would like to invest in a pro recording software that has clear audio even if it's $10 a month I don't care I would like to find a recommendation for what other people are using preferably on the Android network as I've tried a2p recording, I've tried black box, I've even used the free stuff for record this And it seems there is an issue with the actual recordings not being processed for playback to hear them.

The frenzy moving from the forefront to an afterthought in the public consciousness takes a lot of air out of the bubble and pressure off of everyone involved--pressure off aspiring operators because they are onto the next thing, pressure off existing operators because the inflation/oversaturation abates, pressure off "evil investors" because people that don't know what they are doing aren't overbidding for properties and contributing to the abysmally low long term housing supply step back, pressure off local governments to fight "investors" from taking over their communities...

Over long periods of time returns are tremendous. it’s immeasurable compared to other types of investing but yes there can be headachesI myself am looking for 4-20 unit properties in Las Vegas and Henderson  I’m actually in escrow on a 6 u and coming in town to view on sundayalso I wouldn’t recommend house hacking rooms unless you are very systematized and are good at dealing w people  but there can be some real headaches from that  like if a roommate stops paying, fights w roommates or steals etc who knows 

A few questions and challenges there . . . we had the same issues when we lived and invested in the Detroit area.1) As far as protection of remodeling material, you can get a security system designed for that application such as the Ring Jobsite Security System which has motion and camera capabilities with built in cellular notification. 

I'm sure I could have negotiated for seller finance given time, but because of what I walked into, instead of fighting an uphill battle and trying to overcome that pre-conceived notion I offered a similar creative finance option that was called something different.

I’m used to being taken advantage of because of my age in this industry however people don’t seem to understand I am very capable of fending for my own… If anyone can help in anyway that would be amazing!

You will not have much input for your property as they have systems in place and too  much fighting back = kicked out of the club/ignored.2.

I tend to disregard or fight rules that are unequally applied especially if I am definitively not causing any kind of local nuisance.
