The goal is to pull out as much equity as possible with the smallest monthly payment so you can cash flow on your rental. 

I'm curious how some of you found your brokers and what the process was like of interviewing? 

I’m looking to pivot my focus to the North Carolina market and would appreciate your insights.I’m specifically in search of lenders who offer refinance loans tailored for non-U.S. citizens, ideally with shorter seasoning requirements.

Don’t leave it to chance market the unit and stick to your standards.  

If you are a current investor in the area, I would also love to learn more about your experiences within the market. 

If not you can rollover your old 401k(s) into a new 401k. 

I do think new investors suffer from an overabundance of short-term thinking right now.Regarding number 2, I think your takeaway to buy smart is different than a result of wanting to buy more.

What’s been the biggest lesson from your flips so far?

I prefer property-specific syndications because I want to do my own underwriting of the property and see if I agree that it is a wise investment.
