First looking into extended liability from your home policy.

So I countered full asking, they pay all closing and extend closing no impact to January when I am back.

In the meantime, I cannot give all the interested buyer's the address because I don't have it under contract yet and don't want to be undercut after dealing with this running around for months.Should I just try to secure some kind of extended transactional funding to just buy the property in order to finally wholesale it?

We have seen some states claiming you can't use the old 2 people per bedroom limits because that discriminates against certain cultures who have big families or house extended families together.  

That also extended the timeline quite a bit.

But here comes the frustrating part: Property disclosure says "basement leaks water when it rains hard for an extended period".

I have been going to all the banks in my area, and all of the online banks available to me through bigger pockets and so far, not one of them will extend me financing for a 50000 4-unit with 30% down.

I reckon too much can go wrong (eg. extended vacancy), and I'm not sure you're taking all ongoing expenses into proper account.
