Once those are done I will be working on reinforcing the existing 840sqft home and doing an add a level.I am also working on acquiring some homes for repair and then use as rentals.I attend some really great meetings my favorite of which is NJRESN.

I agree with many of the opinions above...having the copper gone is actually a good thing for your plumber who can put in a pex system without having to jerryrig into an existing system...the same situation with a HUD duplex that had all the copper ripped out cost me $1500 to have a new pex plumbing system put in...better than ever!!

I am totally ignorant, in many ways actually, but specifically regarding how much it will cost to develop my idea into a working business.I want to eventually build 3-story apartment buildings for a new complex in an area that is not only nearly saturated in terms of occupancy, but in which I know, without any question, property management companies are creating my customer base daily.
