As we acquire more properties we need to find more investors so we are hoping you guys could help brainstorm some ideas to help find these investors.

There must be another reason, and it may be the lenders attempts to get around the tax laws.The treatment of the property would not impact the ability, or lack of ability to foreclose in the event of a default.

For this first deal we are using a cosigner who has excellent credit and excellent income.

We plan to use 4 (there are 4 of us) separate FHA/203k loans to acquire tri/quad-plexes.At the moment, we are campaigning to gain outside investors and cosigners and will hopefully be profitable with a couple units by early 2017.

Over the next month, we are expecting a second child, I will be leaving my job and moving to our place of investment to expand our efforts.
