They even had their company carpentry guys completely rebuild the large screened in porch that had started to rot.The company eventually moved their entire operation to China & we took the place back assuming it would revert back to an everyday PITA rental.So, we decided to sell the home to a contractor acquaintance & we held the note @ 10%.

The material is dull but it goes along with the requirements for the New York State exam so that was understandable.The quizzes and test prep material was enough for me - I passed the state exam on my first try.The course was less than $200 (with a groupon) so I'm sure the pricier options have higher quality test prep material.
