The heating systems in these houses are usually very antiquated.

Though we have vetted maintenance workers, cleaners, painters, etc. in the past as we built our "core team" and created systems for our properties, we have never used a PM before. 

Once you have the systems down you’ll find yourself spending less than an hour a week managing the property.

Apart from that, I don't know of any system in the Netherlands that does the same.

I understand property management and what the responsibilities are, we already self manage STRs of our own and have a system in place.

You also generally need to know about fire prevention in the building such as firewalls, sprinkler systems, or whether each unit has a fire extinguisher.

I personally don't w ant someone's possibility of getting cancer or whatever from radon, therefore, I wanted to get a radon system installed. 

If you have the time and know how, and business systems, and understanding of the law… whenever it becomes to much of a time suck to manage rentals.I went all in and couldn’t help myself or give up control so left my corporate job and started managing rentals full time for myself and others.

Units are all electric and have individual panels, water heaters, and HVAC systems.

I use a simple Podio management system that allows me to communicate with contractors daily.
