seller financing can be very helpful, but don't let it fool you, you can get bad seller financing terms that favor the seller more than the buyer... always be cautious throughout the process. feel free to share the terms he offers as there are plenty of investors here that can tell you if they are good terms... many realtors might not be familiar with seller financing or have much experience with it...
