If I provide free WIFI, what happens if the person downloads something illegal and I get sued for Copyright infringement or they are using my connection for some other sort of illegal activity? 

Besides hiring someone lol...btw I use a wonderful spreadsheet that I downloaded on BP.

I have downloaded an app on my phone and use that.

I keep everything on a couple of Excel spreadsheets - no fancy categories, just 5 or 6 columns - and toss all receipts into the proper year/house folder (i.e. "123 Main Street 2016 expenses").

Also, it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the guessing and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.
