The important part is the timing it took for them to reach "pending," status which tells you how fast the market is going from asking to pending and its momentum/demand.- third auto alert is the "sold," listing so this tells you how long it took to close and at what price the property sold at (unless you're in a non disclosure state like TX).Based on the above 3 you can have a 2-4 month feel for your comps on your refinance.
