I have found that imposing penalties on either the Contractor or home owner if the project is delivered in more than 6 months motivates everyone to work more closely and get the projects done on time.

We added value by supplying new appliances, new kitchen floors, cleaning carpets, fresh paint and adding a garage (yet to be completed as of this post).

I’m not sure why developers aren’t scooping them up, except to say that they’re fresh on the market, they’re not in a “hot” area, and there is a lot of new housing developments going on so these five little lots are probably not worth their time.

Doors without damage, fresh coat of paint, if damaged ones can't be repaired inexpensively, replace-they are not that expensive for just the door.
