My wife can't find another house right now and is scared to death and she has done nothing wrong, this woman just wants to rent to a friend and get a longer lease and 50 bucks more a month.

i'm thinking about buying a bed and breakfast and living in a carriage house on property. wondering if this would be a straight commercial loan, mixed use, owner occupied or what?

Right now rents are strong, you can get $800 for a 1 bed, $1100 for 2 bed, and up to $1300 for a 3 bedroom.  

maybe about 8 at most at any given time. of course , I am talking about a 3 bed,  with a basement above 950 Sq ft

BP family,I'm exploring house hacking in the Connecticut area and have come across some good multifamily deals but also see a few 1-families with a similar amount of beds & baths.

Now, my old friends over there think I'm a prophet.Pittsburgh is dying, but there is definitely money to be made off its slow death throes, and the corpse can be robbed after that.

If its not too much trouble, keep a full bath and bed on the main level and you're home free.

I would like to know if a property that is within 0.5 miles from the subject property, exact same beds/baths, sq footage, same zip code and sold within the last 6 months but it's in a neighborhood across a major street is a good COMP.Thank you so much for your time and insights!

The property has some unique characters, and I want to get your opinion on how to bring out the best of it.The house is built in 1981, 1200 sqft 3 bed 1 bath and situated on a hill, so the back and both sides of the house are technically half under ground.

Currently we have 4 sets of sheets for each bed and 3 comforters/quilts.
