These lessons learned are definitely being passed on to my daughters.

I have a full-time job, a wife, and a daughter.  

She has had health issues in the past as with her daughter and this caused a financial storm for her I believe. 

As one of those landlords who give landlords a bad name, I allowed them to remain because we didn't want them to be homeless after their (adult) daughter who was on the lease left them high and dry and their (adult) son wound up on the pills and got arrested.

I asked my daughter about this, who lived in many apartments with included washers & dryers, and she only had one break down in many years. 

My youngest daughter wanted to bake cookies for the guests (we haven’t done that), wedding parties, makeup such as Mary Kay or Monat offerings, as some of our brainstorming.

These protected classes are race, color, sex, national origin, family status (e.g. can't refuse to rent to a pregnant lady), mental/physical disability, and religion.

No dressing up here but did take my daughter around the neighborhood dressed as a mouse.
