Not to mention, even if he were to somehow keep his license, I am fairly certain the best way to go about ensuring you NEVER again get business as an attorney is by utilizing your clients sensitive/private information exclusively for your own gain.Having said that, people seem to be getting more dumb/selfish by the day, so I can certainly see where your concern is coming from.

Mine is thus...in a nutshell, the only way for a seller to offer seller financing without having to be concerned with licensing, is to have a NMLS registered and State Mortgage Originator Licensee handle the transaction.

There is a lot of power in a hand written letter sent certified to board members and management - you can copy and paste the provision from the declaration into the letter that they have a duty to repair the damage and state mold concerns.
