Hi guysI see a lot of videos of people doing mid term, but i have hard time to understand something . they said the x4 their monthly rent.When Im looking on furnish finder , i see the rents jumping by $500 not more.example: From $2000 to $2500-2600.So how it make sense to doing x3 and x4. because then it will be $6000-8000 per month... can you elaborate and explain me ?

His course material is comprehensive and he is knowledgeable regarding mobile home investing.  

And remember to use a contractor who knows & understands the 203k and has strong financials to afford the start-up costs and ongoing expenses associated with 203k rehab projects.

So make sure you understand the structure you want first. 

This isn't even close to a comprehensive list, but the point is that you need to learn the pitfalls of each building based on the year it was built and do the due diligence so you don't buy a lemon. 

I understand there is decent cost associated with cost segregation study and having a reliable CPA who can help us with the process.

Before you hire a VA to cold call you should be doing your own cold calling first to get an understanding, first hand, of how it works.

The reason being I see a lot of people again just looking at one specific number and not understanding everything behind it.
