I haven't gone through the conversion you're trying to do, but I'm currently working on building out a DADU on an NR3 lot myself, so happy to knowledge share what I learn along the way.

I here to learn about and network with like minded investors in the wholesale/fix&flip arena within the Western Mass area.

that we’ve learned in our 24 years, managing almost 700 doors across the Metro Detroit area, including almost 100 S8 leases.

It is a dynamic field that requires keen market insight, patience, and a willingness to learn.

I am in the learning phase, and excitedly look forward to venturing into the real estate realm, utilizing a BRRRR approach.

We have an awesome mentor, and now we are ready to put what we learned into practice.
