Those are very stable communities - taxes tend to be higher in these areas...

Hello BP family, I'm brand new to the community and looking forward to do some REI in the near future. 

There can be many reasons to obtain a value, such as a book value and internal accounting applications. 

@Tom Pignatello  My experience has been to at least send over the application and your financials first to see if the lender is interested in working with you.

I am sure it will turn out to be a great thing for you and the surrounding community when you have it stabilized. 

I've read that the 2+1 rule is unwritten law, but it seems like that's not a hard law anywhere.I have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property and had an applicant that wants to move in with 6 adults total and two children.

And you should jump in, the community is pretty great here.

Foremost was my current insurance but they will not handle student housing ie who I am renting to is very relevant..it's a question on the application.
