Work with a reputable credit repair company to see if you can get your scores up, You're going to need a minimum of a 620 score so you're not that far off.

I'm a big believer in investing in training from a reputable mentor/trainer.I'm sure you can find a lot of stuff "free" here on BP. 

Beware of AVMs.If it's a reputable company, these kinds of problems will be covered in your loan sale agreement.
