My question is: Could it be considered fraud to list a parent’s address as my own for a loan even though I do not live there?

My parents and both sets of in-laws retired with 401k's so it does work, but like you said not till your at least 59 and a half. 

My mom instantly brought up the idea of renting our town house from us and after a few years of collecting rent we decided to buy a place for her parents to rent from us.

This is my first post and not sure if this is posted in the correct spot but here goes none the less.I am currently living in a single family detached home in Florida where my parents own the property. 

So not only did she lose her job but now her child was very sick. 

I grew up surrounded by residential real estate, as my parents own a good 20+ units out of state (came to California for school).

If a parent dies suddenly around property tax time and leave their house to a child with no control over their finances, the prospect of coming up with a few thousand for property taxes after paying for the funeral absolutely terrifies a lot of people and can lead them to make bad decisions.

Thusly, I was able to convince my parents to help me out with a house hack.

I also helped my parents get their HOA to pay for repairs that they were trying to trick them into paying.

Say my parents have some equity in their house but their incomes/DTI don't qualify them to get a decent amount out with their HELOC.
