Are there insurers that will let me focus money and effort caring for the property rather than retaining some token property manager that has little to no function other than what is needed to help us check a box? 

-How is that local government to work with for getting permits, keeping the within regulation, and what local codes will you need to abide by-Are there a lot of distressed or functionally obsolete homes in the area that you can conducted a flip-How is the supply and demand of remodeled homes / new builds in the market-Are material and/or labor costs in that market reasonable-Is the area experiencing growth.
