I'm interested in understanding what companies you contract with for housing, whether there's a stipend for housing, what amenities you look for in a place to rent, how close you prefer to be to your hospitals and what hospitals are attractive for traveling nurses.

Mario,  eventually this will catch on...as investors seek other areas to invest in or are attractive enough ?

All that did was force it underground and attract criminal elements.I do agree we need to teach personal finance.

You can just point guests to it and should answer a lot of their questions before they even ask (check in and out process, parking, local attractions and restaurants, etc.).

The average click is about $25 and the saddest part about the money spent is the PPC attracts more advertisers selling us services than customers.

The price points in these three areas are attracting many investors and consumers are flocking as well because of the relative affordability. 

I don't know the Tobin Hill area anywhere near as well as you but it seems like a very attractive area to invest in future growth.
