The market is hot right now around here with people flooding in from California so I'm sure there will be bigger money out there, but it will be interesting to see what that money goes after and where the line is for something not being valuable enough to them for the effort of tax deed auction. 

I recently got into wholesaling and new to Bigger Pockets. 

When you are trying to grow a portfolio do you try and go bigger and bigger as the portfolio goes up meaning would it be better to buy one house at a time from here out or would I be better off after my cash gets built back up to say buy three duplexes.

I am recently new to wholesaling side of real estate and new to Bigger Pockets.

Also, I'm assuming you've checked out the bigger pockets podcasts or if you're wanting some local Denver market information check out the denver real estate investing podcast that's run by  @Chris Lopez -both podcasts are amazing and I highly recommend! 

Your bigger challenge could be taking title in the LLC for the new purchase, unless working with a local bank who will allow it - like Firstbank.
