Most of their properties are either live auctions that they host ( like one in 5 foreclosure auction properties here in Wa) or the online only are actually properties that have reverted back to the bank meaning they couldn't sell them for their minn bid to the local investors.

You mention wholesalers, but sometimes a wholesaler does a "double closing" where you are actually receiving a deed from the original owner.

I'm not saying what my opinion of this was, but I never saw a single owner divulge the real amount....they would usually make it about 10-20% of the actual costs.I'm not even sure if you are legally required to tell them what you spent...seems like an invasion of privacy issue....?
