This works out well when I need him to change out a couple of window units or do sheetrock repair but to tighten a plug it's not so great.I'm interested in how folks with multiple properties have agreements in place with their maintenance crews/contractors?

Today I went to the home going to need a lot of work but my father told me around $80,000 that includes plumbing, electrical, kitchen, renovate one bathroom add an additional bath to master suite on second floor, creating an open floor plan, finishing the basement, Vinyl siding for exterior, windows, and extensive landscaping.

Its ok to have a 10k window, such as, the house having an ARV of 260to 270ish, but you do not want to have a 50k window.
