I would be inclined to try to cost effectively turn the extra parking spot into an outdoor patio for your own usage but not tear up concrete if that is what you were thinking.

It's just that anyone can see where you live more easily.I think personally you were fine with one LLC or just keeping it all in your own name and have an umbrella insurance policy.
