Now total closing cost is 26k and my closing is soon, i am just feeling uneasy about this?

The property's estimated After Repair Value (ARV) is around $525,000, and my total investment stands at $350,000.This is my first venture into a property with 4+ units, though I consider myself a seasoned investor in other real estate ventures.

I have properties in CA and in TN, now totaling 9 doors, and I was told I should get an LLC asap.I’m a little lost on this subject , and would love to get some help/advice Anthony

I’m very curious, what is normally considered acceptable risk in the real estate community in terms of monthly combined mortgages vs monthly total income?

I’ve had this itch to get into real estate for a long time, but everytime I start to dip my toes in I get the feeling that with prices/rates where there at it’s hard to justify pulling money from risk free 5.5% ?

An LLC is not free.

However with credit card payments they do get hit with a fee unlike ACH payments which are free.
