GuysI know some landlords won't like this but my landlord has used quite a few unethical negotiation techniques that don't make me feel too bad about trying thisI'm currently the highest paying tenant in a 20 apt bldg - I've been here the longest and have his Craigslist ads renting apts for 10% lower from only 2 months ago and he rejects them as being for another bldg when I know it's for my bldg because the description fully matches.
