I've located a new broker and moved past this, but I am still bothered by my lack of screening in the first place.

I'd love to be able to print off a nice PDF report of the Rental estimator, the current tool is fantastic and I use it daily, but anytime I need to defend my rental numbers I need to take a screen shot or something similar. 

That way, you can set up each property/tenant/unit, income and expenses, link your bank feeds, generate reports but also use additional features like online rent collection and tenant screening. 

I would not share a lease with a prospect that has not both (a) been pre-screened and (b) shown the property in person.
