I will be keeping part of the home for my personal belongings. garage and RV storage. ( I started another thread about building adu so I could be there part time in the future)I currently have a primary residence loan funded by fannie mae. 

I have friends who purchased a 60,000 soft former apple processing plant that they want to rehab to turn into retail, storage and maker space.  

About 7-8 acres are buildable and I've already spoken to planning and zoning in regards to what needs to be done to rezone the parcel to allow for RV and boat storage.
