I'm sure in a 1-2 hour drive from your area you can find a similar situation that will work out much better numerically and that would be my advice.

To a lot of folks (later in life) I’d imagine real estate is pretty similar.

:) = but I'd look to see what improvements can be made to lower your premium regardless if all quotes come in at similar prices. 

I’m trying to do something similar with a ten unit complex, but my initial lender is private money who is willing to work as long as 10-15% of equity is in the deal.
