The closest thread I could find that discussed a topic similar to this is: I have been reading a lot in the discussions about property management platforms and for accounting, for example, this thread: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/206...In other threads I have seen Buildium receive good feedback and in the thread mentioned above Quickbooks seemed to be used by a lot of investors for accounting.

(You can set up a property manager to manage the tenants and the property)-You could look into an REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust)-Perhaps you could find an online crowdfunding platform that would allow you to invest your $35K into a much larger project-You could use a Self-directed account and lend the funds to someone looking to purchase Real Estate.I wish you much luck in your investments.

I think you'll see entrepreneurs enter into the "autonomous" automobile arena buy acquiring there own autonomous automobiles and tap into whatever platform is available to the public so they can rent there own autonomous vehicles.
