We just returned from a long road trip vacation together, and I thought, why not have him read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"...  

That means you get to eat your Raisin Bran, Quaker Oats, prunes, bread pudding, meatloaf, green bean casserole, fruit cocktail and still have $12.13 extra every month to save for a trip to Cracker Barrel or buy some hard candy.

The rental is a couple hours away so I may just need to take a road trip but that still means I can only speak with the other tenant as the landlord lives out of state.

As I am planing trip to Arizona in December and would love to see properties available for out of state investor. 

This was at 2 in the morning, mind you, so I was not expecting a quick reply, and I was planning on calling in the morning anyway.

It might be worth a trip down to the local municipality, either clark county, or City of Vancouver, depending on where you live, to check out the site drainage plans and see what's going on there. 

New cars and trips to Italy or out of the question:) What would you do if you want to spend no more than $50 per unit.
